I didn’t have it all figured out when I started my private practice. Honestly? I still don’t.

But I started anyway.

Starting a practice doesn’t require a business degree, a perfect logo, or a crystal-clear roadmap. What it does require is a deep “why,” a willingness to learn loudly, and the courage to take imperfect steps forward.

Here’s what I want you to know:

• You don’t need to be “ready.” You need to be brave.

• You don’t have to offer everything. Start with what you do best.

• You will make mistakes. That just means you’re in motion.
